Only available to persons over the age of 14yrs. Time slots are available from 10am-4pm, each slot 20mins long with approx 20 slots to fill during the day. This is awonderful opportunity and a very useful tool for this time of year, for all athletes and coaches, to aid athletes in theirpreparation for 2011. A summary will be given to each athlete explaining the screen and areas that need to be improved in order to getgreater performance in each movement and there event. Sample Exercises: Sample solution exercises with pictures and step by step explanations will be available for theathletes to get them started. These exercises will be broken into the different areas that are weak and the beginnerexercises will be explained.

SPIKES
