Congratulations to Ellen McNally & Emma Quirk who won National Silver medals in the Girls U11 Long Jump pairs event last Sat. Fantastic jumping by both girls who finished only 2cm off
the winners! GAC is very proud of them!
Congrats also to Conor Dempsey who won the Leinster Combined events U16 and to Richael Browne who was 3rd in the U15 and Lisa Dallaghan 4th. Well done also to Jamie Lennon who ran a new PB
in the Jun 800m on Sun.day, finishing just ahead of team mate Cillian Browne.
